A beautiful festival, a costumed parade through downtown and lots of face painting! I was impressed on the hours of dedication and love that particpants added with all the costumes, all day cooking delicious spicy foods and the hours waiting lined up to start the lavish parade, floats and music. The colors and costumes all so beautiful and representative of so many regions here in Phoenix. They roasted delicious foods all day to enjoy and I also tried to capture some of the milatary statues in the downtown memorial park. Enjoy the slideshow of photos!
